Minute zero: do not decorate

Collect before you craft toys

Resources come from the water and from other rafts. In hour one, stay near home. Scoop what floats. A harpoon or similar gather tool, if the table already offers it, is for crates around your hull — not for a sightseeing tour. Dump junk into storage as soon as you have a box. An overflowing backpack makes you drop loot when you die, and deaths happen the moment a raider lands.

Upgrade the Crafting Table before walls look pretty

The table is the gate. Better gear is locked behind its tiers. Feed it wood and whatever the current recipe asks until it levels. Codes, Shop, and Saturday

Open the Shop once so you know where the redeem box lives. There are no working codes right now. When you are allowed to raid

You are ready to leave home when all of these are true:

• The deck is square enough to strafe
• The Crafting Table is at least one tier above spawn
• Chests sit behind a wall
• You can afford to lose the kit you are carrying

If any line is false, stay. The loot checklist exists so you do not argue with yourself. When you do leave, travel light, pick a raft that still looks like hour one, and read raid loadouts. Common first-hour failures

Building a runway. Long docks are easy to walk. Raiders love them.

Leaving the table on the edge. If it gets broken or stolen-from, your whole upgrade path stalls.

Raiding to “get wood faster.” You can also donate your only chest that way.

Ignoring the 18-player cap. This is online PvP. Quiet minutes are a gift, not a setting.

Pasting a script on day one. If the GUI misclicks a destroy tool, your pallet is gone. Learn the fair loop first.

A simple hour-one script (the fair kind)

1. Expand to 3x3.
2. Level the Crafting Table once.
3. Place a chest in the middle.
4. Wall three sides, then the fourth with a door.
5. Only then look at cannons, second floors, or raids.
